SVBONY SV905C Guiding Camera for Astronomy
SV905C guiding camera is a sensitive and high-speed color astronomy camera for deep space auto guiding and planetary, lunar and solar imaging. This camera is also great for ‘lucky imaging’ of planets, double stars, and other compact objects, especially for telescopes with longer focal length.
CMOS Sensor: SONY IMX225
Compact and highly sensitive 1.23-megapixel color camera with 1/3” CMOS, has 1280 x 960 pixels with a pixel size of 3.75 μm x 3.75 μm. It provides 12-bit ADC and the QE peak is almost 80%. SONY IMX225 sensor improves sensitivity in the near infrared light region, making the camera perfect for autoguiding or planetary imaging.
Type-C interface & ST4 Port
USB2.0 Type-C interface and ST4 port to connect directly to the guiding port of a telescope.
Snap Ring &Scale
Designed snap ring and scale mark are easy for guiding scope focusing and object positioning.
1.25 inches & M28.5X0.6
The 1.25inch barrel adapts to guide scopes, OAG guide scopes of various focal length. M28.5X0.6 female thread is for connecting astronomical filters.
Application Software
The camera is of wide compatibility with Windows7, Windows10, Linux, Raspberry Pi and Mac operating systems.
Works Good in Various Conditions
Working temperature - 5℃~45℃
Storage temperature - 20℃~60℃
Working humidity 20% RH-80% RH
Storage humidity 20% RH-95% RH
The camera is of high quality, works great in harsh environments.
AR-coating
The camera is sensitivity to visible light and near-infrared light is very high. And filters can be used to achieve a variety of imaging. For solar and lunar photography, it is better to connect an ultraviolet/ infrared filter.
