A host computer installation


The host computer refers to the programs contained in the CD-ROM that comes with the bed, including USB drivers, ZHBUSBHandHost.exe files, manuals, label files, menu files, emergency recovery programs and ordinary programs.


Installation hardware configuration requirements: motherboard: PIII 450 or above, operating system: Win2000, XP


The installation steps are as follows:


1. Insert the CD into the CD-ROM drive of the computer, and copy all the files in the CD to the specified folder in the computer, such as: the newly created "USB controller" folder in the C drive;


2. Connect the handle to the computer with a USB cable;


3. The bottom right of the computer screen prompts "Found New Hardware", click on the prompt;


4. When prompted to install the driver, choose to install from the list or the specified location, that is, the second option;


5. Find the folder in step 1 in the browse item (such as the USB folder of the C drive);


6. When the driver installation starts, and it prompts "Not signed by Microsoft", select "Continue", and the installation complete prompt appears, click OK.


After installing the driver, you can download files from the host computer to the controller.


If it is from the U disk, the file can be read directly from the control card without loading the driver.


Two file download operation


The RZNC-0501 control system has two ways to download files. One way is to download the target file to the internal file in the control system through the host computer (this type is referred to as internal file); the other way is to directly insert the U disk into the control system. In the control system, the files in the U disk can be directly read and executed (such files are referred to as U disk files).


I) Download of internal files


1. Connect the handle to the computer via a USB cable;


2. Click the icon of the ZHBUSBHandHost.exe file;


3. Expand the host computer, click the file, find the file to be downloaded, and the file will appear on the screen;


4. Click "Operation → Download", select the downloaded file, click "OK" to start downloading the file;


5. After the file is downloaded and verified, it prompts that the file is downloaded successfully, click "OK" to confirm;


Unplug the USB cable and download the file to the internal file of the control card.


II) U disk file download


1. Generate the target file with graphics modeling software, and transfer the file to the U disk;


2. Insert the U disk into the U disk interface in the upper right corner of the control card, and confirm that it is firmly inserted;


3. Press the "Run" key to enter the "Select File" window, press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to the U disk file list, press the "OK" key to enter the U disk file, and move the cursor to select the desired file.


Three machine operation


1. Connect the handle to the machine tool through a 50-pin connection and power on;


2. The LCD displays "Do you want to return to the origin?", press the "OK" key to return to the machine origin, press the "Delete" key to not return to the machine origin, and press the "Cancel" key to only return the Z axis to the origin;


3. Move the X, Y, Z axes to the specified position, and then press the "XY→0" key and the "Z→0" key to clear to determine the working origin;


Press the "Run" key, the "Select File" item will appear, move the cursor to select the file type, and press the "Enter" key to enter the file list in the U disk or the internal file list. For the files in the file list of the U disk, "X+" and "X-" move the cursor to the target file, and then press the "OK" key to start processing; for internal files 1. For files in the list, press the corresponding number key in front of the file to select the file to be processed, and press the "Menu" key to turn the page to find the file;


2. After selecting the processing file, the processing parameter configuration item will appear. Press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to select different parameters, and press the "OK" key to enter the numerical setting. When the value is modified, press the "Delete" key to delete the wrong input, after the input is completed, press the "Enter" key to confirm the new value, and press the "Cancel" key to return to the original value. The user must modify the above configuration parameters according to the actual situation of the machine tool and processing needs, otherwise it will cause processing errors.


3. After the machining parameters are set, press the "Cancel" key to exit the machining parameter modification. The system starts to check the processing code. After checking, press the "OK" key to start processing.


4. During processing, press "Y+" and "Y-" keys to change the speed override, and press "Z+" and "Z-" keys to change the spindle speed;


5. During the processing, press the "Pause" key to adjust the position of the three axes, and then press the "Pause" key to prompt "Original position?" Press the "Pause" key to confirm the new position and start processing, and press the "Confirm" key to continue the position that has not been changed. and continue processing;


6. During the processing, press the "Stop" key to stop processing, and prompt "save breakpoint", if you need to re-process from the current position, press "1", or "2", "3", "4", "5" or "6" " key and press "Enter" key to save the current processing, if no need to continue processing, press "Stop" key again. Prompt "return to zero?", press the "OK" key to return to the work origin, press the "stop" key not to return to the work origin;


7. Breakpoint processing. If you need to continue processing the saved unprocessed file, press the "Run" key + the corresponding number key, the processing parameter setting will appear, and the operation is the same as the above 5 and 6. Press "Cancel", the line number of the file where the breakpoint is located will appear, press the "OK" key to start testing the code, after the testing is completed, you can return to the stopped position to start processing;


8. Power-off processing. In the process of processing, if a power failure occurs, the control system will automatically save the unfinished data. After restarting the call, first press the "OK" key to return to the origin, the screen will prompt "whether to restore after power failure", press the "OK" key to start the unfinished processing before the power failure, and press the "Cancel" key to not execute the unfinished processing.


9. After the processing starts, the system will display the status of processing in real time, such as speed override, processing remaining time, real-time processing speed and line number of file execution.


The use of four key combinations


The method of using the combination keys is: first press and hold the first key, then press the second key, when the corresponding content appears, release the two keys at the same time, the specific functions are described as follows:


1. "Menu" + "Number" key to switch the working coordinate system;


2. "Menu" + "Axis Start" key, tool setting;


3. "Run" + "Number" key, breakpoint processing;


4. "Run" + "High Speed" key, advanced processing;


5. "OK" + "Stop" key, help information;


Five menu settings and use


In the main interface, press the "Menu" key to enter the menu item, press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to select different menu items, and then press the "Enter" key to enter.


I) Machine parameter configuration is the configuration for adjusting the consistency of the control card with the mechanical characteristics of the machine tool. Including: pulse equivalent, machine tool size setting, zero return setting, spindle setting, level definition, pulse definition, tool setting gauge thickness, screw clearance, etc. It is recommended that this parameter be set by the manufacturer, once the setting is completed, no need to be changed by the customer. To change the parameter, press the corresponding numeric key, after the input is completed, press the "OK" key to save, press the "Delete" key to change the input error, and press the "Cancel" key to move the cursor. To change properties, press "Y+" and "Y-" keys to change. "Cancel" key back to the previous menu until exit.


II) The processing parameter configuration sets the linear and curve acceleration in processing and the provisions of G code reading properties. Press the corresponding number key when entering the value, and press the "OK" key to save the changes. When changing the properties, press the "Y+" and "Y-" keys, and press the "OK" key to save the changes. Press the "Cancel" key to cancel the changes and return to the previous menu.


III) System parameter configuration Set the language of the system, format the internal data area, self-check function and system upgrade. Press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to select, and press "OK" to confirm the change.


IV) Advanced processing configuration sets some special processing files. For example, "array processing configuration" can set the number of rows, columns, and row-column spacing (the spacing is the distance between two centers). Milling plane configuration, file maintenance and other machining settings for special requirements. Press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to select, and "OK" key to enter the submenu item. After entering the correct value, press the "OK" key to save, press the "Cancel" key to cancel the change and return to the previous menu.


V) Version display Press the "OK" key to view the emergency/normal program number of the system.


Six advanced processing


After setting the advanced processing configuration, press "Run" + "High/Low Speed" to enter the advanced processing menu, press "X+" and "X-" to move the cursor to select, press "Enter" to enter, and follow the prompts to operate step by step.


Seven upgrade operations
