1.What materials can this machine carve?
It able to carve on wood/MDF/acrylilc/PVC/PCB/bamboo/Brass Aluminum/plastic/soft stone/resin/nylon/carbon fiber.

2.What materials build on this machine?
This machine structure completed build with metal.

3.Do I have to pay duty?
Yes,most of countries will charge import tax，pls read customs policy at the bottom of the link.

4.Can i ship via post?
No, this machine packing box is large and the weight is high so canot send by post. 

5.What accessories included in the order?
Just machine completed structure only, but no controlboard/spindle/power adapter/electricity box, pls refer the option picture.

6.What diameter of the spindle clamp tool?
52mm.

7.Is this machine use belt driving or lead screw?
8mm lead screw.

8.Can this machine customize other size?
Yes, just contact us discuss details.

9.How much spindle power can the machine stand?
Less 2.5kv.

10.If this machine containing MDF buttom board?
No, that is effect picture, we not send MDF board, you should buy it extra or customize it in your local. 

11.Can this machine mount laser moudle for work?Yes, laser module can run on this machine but you should buy a suitable controlboard and make a clamper to hold the laser on Z axis.our grbl  board can run laser on this machine.

12.What accessories included in this machine?
Just refer the option picture,the order included a completed machine structure and 4pcs motor cable,no other parts. 

13.Can i ask for send via post?
No, this machine is heavy and big parcel it canot ship via post, we normally send via express shipping UPS/Fedex/DHL.

• Our main shipping method is via DHL/Fedex/UPS/aliexpress standard shipping, when you place order just select your countries name you will see the shipping cost total.
• We only ship to confirmed order addresses, Your order address must match your Shipping address, if you need change address please leave a message in the order or contact us before dispatch.
• DHL and Fedex normally delivery time about 5-10days, UPS about 8-15days , Aliexpress standard post about 12-30days, seller'shipping method about 30-65days this is most for ship to RU/BLR/UA/KZ, this is just estimate time we will not promise it, especailly in COVID-19, all of shipping will delay in the world, but will keep update and send via best shipping method to you.

1)We have RU warehouse in Moscow, pls mainly choose ship from RU, delivery time is faster.2)If choose ship from China we mostly send by seller'shipping method and we will handle the customs problem, this method without tax but shipping time about 25-70days, delivery time is depend on your city if in remote area will take longer time. the shipping time is not stable to RU/BLR/UA/KZ especially in COVID-19. if the product support Aliexpress standard shipping we suggest you choose it.

• For other customers

Some of countries Aliexpress will charge consumption tax in the order when the price does not exceed its prescribed amount countries included US/AU/NOR/NZ, you will able to see the price you pay is higher than sale price. except these countries other will not charge tax on Aliexpress you will handle customs by self when it arrived.

• When you receive message relate customs issue pls assist handle quickly in 3days, if delay customs will return parcel or destroy or will charge high storage, these cost will be pay by customers, as a seller we just assist to handle customs issue.

• we have 6month warranty except Personal reason and consume accessories, but if the parts is heavy customers will share shipping cost. just contact us if you have any problem for your product we will help you fix it, donot worry about that.
