Schematic  ① Pressure bolt By using an Allen wrench to tighten the pressure bolt, the oil pressure in the oil cavity is increased, and the inner wall of the oil cavity is expanded in the axial direction evenly and symmetrically, thereby clamping the tool. ② Oil cavity The high-pressure oil transfers the pressure evenly to each part of the closed oil chamber, and the oil in the oil chamber increases the resulting damping at the same time, thereby improving the dynamic characteristics of the chuck, reducing vibration, and improving the processing quality, which has a significant effect. ③ Clamping hole The inner wall aperture shrinks uniformly to the center line due to the increase in oil pressure. ④ Expansion wall The expansion wall is accurately calculated and set to produce the required expansion amount when the oil pressure reaches a given value. ⑤ Ring groove The huge pressure generated between the inner wall of the clamping hole and the tool squeezes the remnants of lubricating substances such as oil and grease into the ring groove, keeping the clamping hole clean and dry, and ensuring reliable torque transmission. ⑥ Tools After the tool is inserted into the clamping hole, it is clamped on the ideal center line, the clamping accuracy is extremely high, and the radial rotation runout does not exceed 0.003mm

Please note! ① It is forbidden to empty lock before inserting the tool.  ② Please use a tool with a tolerance within h6. ③ Do not use tools with flat or chipped handles. ④ When clamping the tool,Be sure to rotate the locking bolt to the limit. ⑤The insertion length of the tool cannot be less than the length of the tool, see the figure and table.
