As outfits are based on your measurements and changes you had made therefore we shall not be able to accept the return for the custom made clothes unless they are sent incorrect or are defective, and in that case free replacement or rectification service would be offered at our expense.
To avoid any inconveniences in future while ordering apparels please provide your correct measurements while ordering , we always confirm measurements and changes before processing the order so you would still have time to make changes even after order if you need to.
Listing & Description: we make every effort in ensuring product details are accurate but still minor errors are possible like color, and embrodiery material.
Pictures: we make every effort to make sure image represent product as much as possible but there can be difference in color in real than what you see on your monitor due to VGA/Graphic card, screen resolution etc.
